1. Services Offered

Ramp Techno Solutions provides:

• Bulk SMS services (Transactional, Promotional, and OTP)
• Voice call solutions (Outbound Calls, IVR, Robo Calls)

These services are intended for business, promotional, and informational use by authorized clients only.

2. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate business and contact information.
• Users must ensure that content sent via SMS or voice does not violate any local, state, or national laws.
• The user is solely responsible for the content they transmit, including compliance with TRAI and DoT regulations.

3. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the services for:

• Sending spam, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading content.
• Transmitting unsolicited messages without user consent.
• Violating data privacy or user consent guidelines.
• Impersonation or unauthorized use of sender IDs.

4. Sender ID and DLT Registration

• Clients are responsible for registering on the DLT platform as mandated by TRAI.
• Only approved templates and sender IDs can be used.
• Ramp Techno Solutions will assist but is not responsible for delays in DLT approvals.

5. Pricing and Payment

• All pricing is shared in advance and subject to GST as applicable.
• Full payment must be made in advance for prepaid packages.
• In case of any billing dispute, it must be reported within 7 days of invoice generation.

6. Delivery and Downtime

• While we strive for 99% uptime and instant message delivery, we do not guarantee delivery due to third-party network dependencies (operator/gateway issues).
• Downtime due to maintenance or operator-level delays shall be informed in advance where possible.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Once SMS/voice credits are purchased, they are non-refundable.
• Ramp Techno Solutions will consider refunds only in case of system failures directly attributable to us and upon management review.

8. Data Privacy

• We do not sell or misuse your database.
• Uploaded contact lists and campaign content are treated as confidential.
• However, we are not liable for data loss due to user negligence or system breaches beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ramp Techno Solutions is not liable for:

• Loss of business, profits, or data.
• Delivery failures due to third-party providers.
• Any penalty due to content violation or regulatory breach by the client.

10. Termination of Services

• We reserve the right to terminate service if a user violates these terms or applicable laws.
• Ramp Techno Solutions can terminate service with written notice if misuse is detected.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and courts in Hyderabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
